Karatamba , Hon-Jozo- “Dry Wave”

This sake has a crisp, dry taste with a nice lingering finish. Satisfying from start to finish, Karatamba complements the flavor of rice with a distinctive dryness. Karatamba can be enjoyed at room temperature, chilled, or warm; it can accompany salted, soy based and spicy dishes.

Yamada- nishiki, Tokubetsu-Junmai- “The Imperial”

This sake is named after the best sake brewing rice: “Yamada-nishiki”. It is clean, refreshing, with the naturally full bodied flavors of rice, complemented by a dry finish. Yamada can be enjoyed at room temperature, chilled, or warm with heavy flavored dishes, cooked fish with miso, teriyaki chicken, and beef steaks.

Fukiage Imo Shochu

Kosatsuma Kame-Jikomi 300 ml. 25% alcohol. Honkaku Imo Shochu made from Kogane Sengan sweet potato and black koji, slowly fermented at a low temperature in an earthen pot. It has a mellow taste, and quite rich in flavor. It can be paired with soy-sauce based dishes, yakitori, and pork chops.

Nama Chozu, Draft Sake

This sake has a young, and distinct fresh flavor, it is stored without pasteurization giving it a tangy flavor. It is best served chilled and can be paired with chicken, light Asian dishes, sashimi and sushi.
